Osteopathy for All

At Moore Mobile Osteopathy, we believe that everyone deserves care that supports their body to move and feel its best.

From newborns to older adults, from athletes to those simply wanting relief from everyday aches and pains — osteopathy for all means treatment that is tailored to you.

We take the time to listen, understand your story, and work with your whole body to restore balance, reduce pain, and support lasting health.

What we treat

Osteopathy offers gentle and effective support for pain, stiffness, and recovery.

Low Back Pain

Low back pain can make daily tasks difficult. We look at how your spine, pelvis, and muscles are working together, then treat the cause to ease pain, restore movement, and help you feel stronger.

Joint Pain

Joint pain in the knees, shoulders, wrists, or elbows can limit your lifestyle. We help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term joint health.

Sporting Injuries

Sprains, strains, and overuse injuries can hold you back. We treat the affected area, address underlying imbalances, and support your recovery so you can return to sport safely and confidently.

Neck and Shoulder Pain

Neck and shoulder pain often arise from posture, lifting, or stress. We work to release tension, restore movement, and improve posture so you can move more comfortably.

Pelvic and Hip Pain

Hip and pelvic pain may come from joint restriction, tension, or misalignment. We assess the whole area and treat to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and restore support.

Foot and Ankle problems

Foot and ankle issues affect your whole body. We assess how you move from the ground up, treating pain and restoring stability so you can walk, run, and stand with ease.

Dr Lucy also treats babies and children

Osteopathy can support babies and children through the many changes of growth and development. From unsettled sleep, feeding or digestive difficulties, to posture, movement, and injuries as they get older — we take a gentle, whole-body approach to care. Our focus is on easing tension, supporting healthy development, and helping little ones move and thrive as they grow.
