Do I need a referral?
Nope, you do not. Make a booking and lets get started!
Are there Medicare rebates?
You can talk to your GP about getting a The Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) for chronic and complex conditions that require interdisciplinary care which offers rebates for up to 5 sessions/year.
Do you offer private health rebates?
We have a HICAPS machine at the clinic for you to claim osteopathic services on the spot from your private health and you only have to pay the gap.
This is dependent on if you are covered for osteopathic services and the amount you get back is also dependent on your membership. To find out exactly how much you’ll get, you will have to contact your health fund directly.
What do I wear?
For your comfort and to allow for effective assessment and treatment, we recommend wearing light, loose-fitting clothing such as activewear or comfortable shorts and a t-shirt. This helps your osteopath assess posture, movement, and muscle function effectively.
We may work on both local and related areas that contribute to your symptoms and these may be distant to the symptomatic area . If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please let us know — we can always adjust our approach to ensure you feel at ease. Towels are available at all times to maintain your comfort and privacy during your session.
Under 18 years old?
In accordance with legal and professional requirements, all patients under the age of 18 must attend their appointments with a parent or legal guardian present. This ensures appropriate consent and support throughout the consultation and treatment process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy is strict and requires notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise there is a 60% cancellation fee. This also includes rescheduling within the 24 hours.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit is not required.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
In the case of a missed appointment where there is no notice given, you will be marked with a ‘no show’ and the full fee will be billed to your account.

Initial appointment = $175 (1 hour)
Subsequent appointments = $120 (40 minutes)
